Ms. Milka and her 2nd grade class rocks!

Congratulations to Ms. Milka and her second grade class for sponsoring an event in March called Pennies with Purpose (a school-wide penny drive)! The focus was on 'being kind' and their month long collection brought in an amazing $865.32! They made posters, set out collection jars around the school, counted money and wrapped pennies. Their efforts really paid off and the money will be used to buy kid-friendly, healthy snacks for our program.
